My girl Lia recently turned me on to Tracy Anderson’s workout webisodes. They’re free and fast and I’m especially enamored with the butt and thigh one. But the BEST has got to be this treadmill workout. I actually did it in my gym in front of lots of people. The goal is to get up to 40 minutes straight but after 15 minutes I sweat so hard that I couldn’t keep my ear buds in. Gross but an awesome workout. Prop up your iPhone, hit play and get going. No excuses!
